Leland C. Leonard – CEO

Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, University of Tennessee 1962 Over 58 years of construction experience Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, educational, financial and medical construction As CEO of Armstrong Construction, Mr. Leonard is responsible for preconstruction services including constructability reviews, interdisciplinary coordination, cost estimating, scheduling and value analysis. Other responsibilities include financial analysis, purchasing, liaison with Owner and Architect and providing necessary resources to the Project Manager.

John W. Leonard, President

Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, University of South Carolina 1994 Over 20 years of construction experience Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, educational, financial and medical construction Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and supervising field employees. Coordinate and supervise the construction process from concept to final construction within a detailed schedule and budget. Other responsibilities include business operations, procurement & personnel management.

Janet Chapman

Janet received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Steed College, 1980. She began working at Armstrong Construction in 1978 doing part time payroll while finishing college. After graduation Janet became a full time employee and her responsibilities grew. She is the Controller for Armstrong Construction and her duties include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources.
