Dobyns-Bennett Central Office Renovations
A 14,000sf renovation consisting of extensive demolition to create 7 new classrooms, restrooms, a teacher planning area, and new connecting corridor. New electrical and HVAC systems were put into place. Scheduling was important in order to prepare the area for the upcoming school year. Armstrong Construction successfully completed this project on time.
Kingsport Fire Station #8
Completed in 2012, The Kingsport Fire House #8 is a new fire station for the City of Kingsport located on Fort Henry Drive.
Liberty Bell School
The City of Johnson City opened the doors to the new 8th grade addition to Liberty Bell Elementary School in 2010.
